Farm to Fork in a Box is like a food tour without leaving your home. You get to explore the abundant Sacramento Valley region by tasting hand-crafted products from local farmers and makers. Each month we bring you a new array of tasty treats and award-winning flavors. Best of all you will be supporting local farms, chefs, and artisans by purchasing their creations and thereby allowing them to continue to practice their craft and livelihood. Shipping is included. You can purchase once or subscribe and get a unique box each month.

We love this month’s combination of interesting flavors. We kick it off with belly warming Chai Granola to bring something new to your morning. We also showcase a rarity, a small batch vinegar made in this country, and not just any vinegar. This is an organic, barrel aged vinegar made from Champagne grapes (pinot noir). We absolutely love basmati rice, and we love it even more when it’s grown sustainably right here in the Sacramento Valley. The Elderflower Cordial and wild Berry Syrup can both be used interchangeably in cocktails, mocktails or baking. We always like to include a little sweet in each box and this month we really went for it. The chocolate caramel dipped pretzels are so decadent we ordered a double batch.

When will I get my Box?
The Processing time for single box orders is 2-4 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 2-5 business days. We will email you as soon as your box ships. Please be advised that we have been experiencing some delays with shipping and it may take slightly longer to receive your box.

Chai and granola is a match made in heaven. This granola is loaded with oats, pecans, walnuts and pumpkin seeds, and a winning spice blend that will warm your belly. If you love your chai lattes, you will love this granola.
Barrel Aged Organic Champagne Vinegar – Kimberley Wine Vinegars, Acampo, California
This vinegar comes from one of America’s oldest producers of artisan vinegars using the time-honored French fermentation method and is barrel aged for a minimum of 6 months. It is made from Pinot Noir grapes and is exceptionally light and delicate. It makes a beautiful vinaigrette, and can also be used like rice vinegar in asian dishes.
White Basmati Rice – Rue & Forsman Ranch, Rio Oso, California
Grown with sustainable farming practices, from family owned Rue & Forsman Ranch in Northern California, this rice is fragrant and nutty tasting. It cooks just like white and is a must for your Indian inspired meals.
Elderflower Cordial – The Cloverleaf Farm, Dixon, California
This botanical cordial derived from Elderberry flowers comes from a little 8 acre farm called The Cloverleaf Farm just outside of Davis. This syrup is a natural paired with gin, but also makes a great mocktail. You can even bake with it...think lemon-elderflower cupcakes.
Wild Berry Syrup – The Cloverleaf Farm, Dixon, California
This little bottle of syrup packs a berry punch that is sweet and tart with earthy undertones. It’s made in small batches and is perfect paired with pancakes, drizzled on ice cream or mixed with club soda to make a refreshing beverage.
Chocolate Caramel Pretzels – My Chocolate Affair, Sacramento, California
These little, sweet bombs come from woman-owned My Chocolate Affair. Each pretzel is dipped generously in caramel, then dipped in milk chocolate, then drizzled with white chocolate. They are delicious and addicting.
